Is your character willing to have sex and able to give informed consent?
Yes.

What is the wish your character made? Why did they make it?
Nine wished for a reversal to the brain damage he suffered from the double-brainwashing that happened early on in his Intelligence career without having it affect the boon (to never be controlled again) he gained from reprogramming himself. The damage causes him both physical pain and is degrading his cognitive function over time which isn't great when your career happens to be spy. Unfortunately he does not trust the Sith Empire to not put something nastier in his head should he go to them with concerns about how thinking and reacting has gotten harder for every year that has passed since the damage was caused.

So he made a wish for the sake of recovering the mind he had when he was younger and for the sake of making sure he keeps his freedom while doing so— given that his personal freedom is something he values over literally anything else in his life.

How will your character initially react to Decadia's setting?
Nine will more than likely go 'must be another day that ends with y'— given the nature of his work as an agent for the Sith Empire, sex for a purpose other than intimacy isn't unheard of in his line of work and Nine happens to prefer using seduction over violence when the opportunity presents itself.

He will perhaps struggle a bit with the social aspect of being known since he's lived so long as Cipher Nine that he doesn't really know who he is as a civilian and no longer knows what it is to be known given that being a spy has required some amount of anonymity and a lack of what one would call a typical life. Even so he would keep to his Aden Nahain persona and come to see his new life as another job and settle down. As for being watched... Well, he's from a surveillance state and his whole career is based on watching others and using what he learns to his advantage.

And he's not naïve so he knows that his bosses probably watch him more than he'd typically like for them to. Watch and be watched might as well be added on a sign above Intelligence HQ.

What are you most interested in doing with your character in Decadia?
Working towards some genuine connections with others!

Due to his spy work he has a tendency to see almost every aspect of his life as transitory— that includes other people. People have become a revolving cast of strangers and business contacts and while he has some connections to his crew, he assumes that that too is something that will eventually pass. People don't stay in Nine's life. And he doesn't stay in theirs.

So it'll be fun to explore having him settle down to genuinely connect with people on a deeper level— to see them as people and not as potential targets or as NPCs he'll interact with once and then never again.

I also would like to work towards having him settle into a more true expression of himself as a person and not as a tool of the Sith Empire or as the Hand of Jadus and without the necessity for his usual jaded attitude at home. Seeing whether he'll reconnect with having a name rather than the designation given to him by his employer is something I really want to explore during his time in the game where he'll finally have the time and the freedom to be something other than what his world has required of him so far.

What aspect of sex appeals to your character the most?
Nine's favorite thing about sex is that it feels good to do.

It's a release of a lot of pent up energy and while he can enjoy beating the shit out of people too and enjoys the pain associated with brutality, sex feels good on top of being a release for pent up energy and emotion. It's a break from the physical pain associated with the brain damage he suffered too given that the incident left him suffering from chronic pain that he normally controls through painkillers and other types of drugs and stimulants. While his relationship with sex isn't necessarily the healthiest, he does quite enjoy it because it gives him a focus outside of pain and is ultimately less destructive to him than his other coping mechanisms.

He also enjoys sex due to how it tends to be a shortcut to positive associations and positive associations can be a get out of jail free card when someone decides they like him without much of an effort on his part. He considers physical intimacy to be a shortcut to making his job easier essentially. And he likes it when his job is easier.

Does your character have any kinks, known or unknown to them? If so, what are they?
Nine is really fond of power dynamics in sex. He likes sleeping with people of higher social standing or domineering types because he likes mouthing off and seeing how they'll respond. Given that he is so keen on having control in other parts of his life he finds it relaxing to be able to give up the authority he's normally so desperate to cling to and let someone else be in control of him for a bit. He likes the security of knowing that if he mouths off the result will be fun and not potentially fatal.

Other kinks he's into are bondage or just being physically overpowered in general, biting, hair pulling, some amount of degradation— pain and humiliation in a safe environment essentially. He also likes drug or aphrodisiac use since he thinks sex is fun in general and if it's loopy and/or intense then even better.

He likes control and he likes authority but sex is a place that's low-stakes enough that he feels safe in relinquishing it so most of his kinks that are known to him are variations on letting someone else do the driving while he bitches at them from the back seat.

Anything else? I play Nine as being gender apathetic while in Star Wars the Old Republic you only really get a choice between having your character be male or female. Given his apathy toward his own gender he would have gone through the whole story going "aight, bet" at the people around him seeing him as male which is why I don't really consider him an AU— considering that he is a malleable protagonist and player choice decides the sort of person Cipher Nine is.

If this would count as being an AU though, lmk and I'll switch him over to that.

Another important thing to note on the malleable protagonist front is that a mix of light & dark side choices have been taken so he's neither full dark nor full light— the wiki does list the outcomes for either decision though the biggest decision that matters most for characterization he's taken is that he chose to join hands with Darth Jadus for the sake of using his power and authority for himself.
